About
History of Tabuchi Butsushindo
Our store was founded in 1909 (Meiji 42) in Tsuyama City as Tabuchi Stone, and has a history of over 100 years thanks to the support of the local community. In 1984 (Showa 59), we opened Tabuchi Butsushindo Limited as a store specializing in Buddhist altars and Buddhist implements, and in 1992 (Heisei 4), we became a corporation. We continue to exist today as Tabuchi Butsushindo Co., Ltd.
We offer a wide range of services, including the sale of Buddhist altars and Buddhist altar equipment, the handling and repair of gravestones, the handling of temple decorations, and the collection, memorial service, and remake of old Buddhist altars, and we play the role of a specialty store that supports Buddhist and Shinto ceremonies in the local community.
We will continue to make use of our traditions and experience, striving to be a "store of Buddhist altars and Buddhist accessories you can consult" and to earn the trust of our customers.
